• We expect immense wealth, health, love and happiness to manifest in that comfort zone. 
• Our property and the house that we live in must continuously attract and draw positive energy from the four directions and from heaven above for us to grow in abundance and overflowing fullness.
• This flow of natural energy is not equally distributed.  We need to understand the nature of this energy flow and purchase land, construct houses, shops and other buildings utilizing this knowledge.

Purchasing Plots - things to look for

• East facing plots are very good, while north facing plots are considered good.
• If you are a business man, select a plot facing west.
• To become successful, creative people like writers, actors, mediamen and all involved in the entertainment industry should select a south facing plot.
• Square and rectangular plots are the best plots to build houses.
• Length of the plot should not be more than twice of the breadth of the plot.
• Sqare plots with extensions in the north or east are good.
• Some times it happens that the north-west or south east or south-west of the plot is cut off.  This plot could be made use of only after marking off a square portion in the plot constructing the building in that square plot.
• When the plot is not rectangular, the North-South area should be longer than the East-West area.
• Property sloping towards north and east directions are auspicious.
• North-East direction of the plot is most auspicious direction. It is called the direction of heaven. It is the most energised area of a plot.  All good and resourceful things like well-resource of drinking water, room for worship-resource for mental energy and well being etc. should be towards the north-east part of the plot.
• Rectangular plot with roads on four sides is considered very auspicious. Then the owner of such plot is in the centre of sweeping benign energy fields.
• But roads seperating into branches from the sides of the plot is inauspicious.
• Quality of soil should also be taken into account.  Yellow soil with reddish tinge and a pleasant fresh smell is considered good.
• A smaller plot sandwiched between two larger plots should be avoided if possible. This adversely affect the health and wealth of the inmates of the building.
• When you buy a portion of the larger plot, be careful to buy portion on the north-eastern side.

Residential Buildings

• North-east portion is the most auspicious part of the plot and you should start digging the plot for foundation laying from the north-east corner.  Proceed then to the north-west, then to the south-east and end in the south-west.
• Lay foundation stone at the south-west, proceed to the south-east, north-west and end with the north-east corner.
• From north-east come all the energy and light and you should keep open the maximum area in this side of the plot.  Receive sunshine, fresh air, inbound energy aplenty.
• The best place to dig a well is the north-east direction.  Direction just east of the north-east and north of the north-east are also good.  The other directions are not auspicious.
• Build houses towards the south-west portion of the plot leaving more space in the north and east of the plot.
  

Water Sources - Well and Garden Ponds

• Over head tanks should be built on the south-west corner of the building.
• Ideal shape for a residential building is square or recangular.
• Lay out rooms in a house should be as follows for constant flowing in of wealth and prosperity.
